In principle, informants are required to file a report under their real name to ensure the credibility of reports. An investigation is carried out for an anonymous report only if it is clear and factually verifiable. Please note that we do not investigate any slanderous or false reports filed to malign a specific person.

Hankook & Company Group ‘Ethics Management Reporting’ contents are received and processed at the headquarters in Korea. To fulfill the purpose of the report, relevant information may be provided to affiliates or overseas subsidiaries. We collect only the minimum personal information necessary to ensure the thorough handling and processing of ethics management reports.
